Proudest mommy!🥹 I never shared this before. This was THE VERY FIRST TIME my sweet girl ever rode her bike without training wheels. She had only just turned 5!👏🏻🚴 Henley’s birthday was August 23rd & since then we had been trying to help her ride without training wheels!🥳 This video was taken October 1, 2022 and she finally got the hang of it!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 This was monumental for her, of course! But it was also life-changing for me too! 👀😅 As Henley began riding without training wheels I wanted to run next to her so she didn’t run into a mailbox or fall and scrape herself up …but I couldn’t keep up with her.🤪🤦‍♀️ I was constantly out of breath & felt so fatigued even just playing with her and her lil bro in the backyard so I don’t know why I thought I’d be able to run next to her as she biked… 🤦‍♀️😂 It was super eye opening for me though. I had been gaining weight and becoming more & more out of shape but this was like the catalyst that sprung me into actually DOING SOMETHING about my health and fitness.💪 It didn’t happen immediately (I wouldn’t end up going to the gym until January) but this was the spark I needed to get my butt working out again!! 💯 I’m so proud of my daughter and every time she’s riding her “big girl” bike it reminds me of my own lil health journey (I still can’t keep up with her very well 🤪 but I’m faster than I used to be!🙌😝) It’s so amazing the way you learn so many valuable lessons for yourself as you try your best to parent your children. ❤️

Ok so i took y’all’s advice and mixed soap, vinegar and water and sprayed them and hosed them down. I will try to plant some marigolds, mint and lavender this week! Thank yall!!! Oh and look who he got sprayed with water and called the police on me!!! Cornelius!!!! Smh and @iamblackybrown been here the whole time and ain’t said a thing either smh!
