KPI itu sistem yang bikin usaha tetap jalan walau owner nggak selalu ada di tempat. Biar kamu nggak bingung, ini cara menerapkan KPI yang benar dan manusiawi, persis seperti yang aku lakukan di outlet: ⸻ 1. Tentukan periode penilaian Pilih ritme yang konsisten: bulanan atau per 3 bulan. Tujuannya supaya karyawan tahu pola penilaian dan merasa diperlakukan adil.  ⸻ 2. Isi nilai berdasarkan observasi nyata (1–5) Penilaian bukan berdasarkan “feeling”, tapi perilaku. Formatnya: 1 = sangat buruk 2 = kurang 3 = cukup 4 = baik 5 = sangat baik  Contoh: sering telat 1–2 kali sebulan → nilai 3. ⸻ 3. Kalikan nilai dengan bobot Setiap aspek punya berat berbeda. Rumusnya: (Nilai / 5) × Bobot  Contoh: Datang tepat waktu Nilai 4, Bobot 10% Hasil: 8% ⸻ 4. Jumlahkan semua persentase Skor akhir maksimal 100. Contoh hasil dari seorang karyawan: 83%.  ⸻ 5. Tulis catatan spesifik Ini yang bikin evaluasi lebih manusiawi.
