The @terrigalswimfest is on this weekend! Terrigal is one of those places built for ocean swimming. Clear water. Beautiful coastline and a great swimming community. Josh Taylor and I had our last swim on the course this week and it is shaping up as a great weekend in the water. Terrigal Swim Fest runs March 7/8 with something for every swimmer. Open water clinics led by Ky Hurst @ky_hurst and Josh Taylor @siddy . Practical ocean skills. Positioning in a pack. Reading conditions and moving efficiently through open water. Pool technique clinics with Chris Fydler, Mitch Larkin @mitchell.larkin and myself. Simple adjustments to improve body position, efficiency and speed. Sunday brings the full race program with swims from 300 metres through to the Terrigal 5.0.  It is built for first time ocean swimmers, experienced racers and anyone who loves a good weekend around the water. With @hendytrev @rhysdrury1 and @timmygilbert67 on the 🎤, Shannon Eckstein closed out his 8th Series victory at Coolum in the 2013-14 Kellogg’s Series, with one of the most dominant short course wins ever. In the final race, he did what no one has ever done - he beat Ky Hurst through a long break swimming, and back to the beach. He then made zero mistakes in big surf through the ski and board legs, and spent the last few minutes waving one finger in the air☝️, to wrap up a win with @ky_hurst in 2nd and @matt.bevilacqua who finished 3rd for his first ever podium. #goldenerasurfsports #kelloggsIronSeries

Поки всі дивляться на великі міста, розумні заходять у Хуст. Якщо серйозно, то у Хуста є всі шанси стати свіжим цікавим обласним центром. (Ключове в кінці 🔥) Так, голосно, але давайте по фактам: 1. Активно розвивається інфраструктура (будується новий індустріальний парк, нові житлові комплекси, сюди ж релокується університет, окремо можу виділити @rikka_khust , який збільшує туристичний потенціал). 2. Рекреаційна зона — мінеральні води Шаяна, які, на хвилинку, не мають жодних аналогів у світі, термальні води у Велятині, Тереблі, знову ж таки @rikka_khust — це все формує потужний магніт для відпочинку і відновлення, що збільшує попит на це місто. 3. @ecopolis.khust — місто в місті, де відкриється новий простір у Хусті для життя, відпочинку, оздоровлення, з новою якісною інфраструктурою (кавʼярні, ресторани, шопінг під усі потреби, дитячі простори і тд.) 4. Будуються нові медичні заклади. 5. Повільно, але стабільно з’являється все більше якісних місць і подій, де можна провести вихідні на будь-який смак (про це готую окремий пост). 🔥🔥🔥 І тепер ключове: орендний ринок. Він зараз на дуже низькому старті. Пропозиції практично немає, а попит уже починає рости. Це означає тільки те, хто заходить зараз, той диктує умови завтра. 😎😏🤝
