The Port of #LosAngeles has released a Request For Interest (RFI) for the redevelopment or adaptive reuse of historic Municipal Warehouse No. 1. Built over a century ago as the Port’s first bonded warehouse, the six-story, nearly 500,000 sq. ft. building features unique architecture and endless use potential. The Port will hold a site tour for interested parties on Thursday, Dec. 12. Reservations are required. RFI Respondents are requested to provide a general narrative description outlining a vision for overall best use of the site. Responses are due by March 10, 2025. #LAwaterfront #SanPedro
