One of the questions we get asked all the time: “Where do you get your labels from?” and the answer is mostly Woven Labels UK! They’re really good quality (we’ve tried others but always come back to them) and the last couple of orders we made they included a very random instax pic of our labels being made on their machines 😂 Also these are all the smaller labels we use from the most recent to the first one which in hindsight really looks like a zombie 🤔 Let us know if you use them too or you have someone else to recommend! ✌️

Many artists see examples like independent artists selling music directly to fans and assume those sales automatically count toward the charts. That is not how chart reporting works. Billboard charts are powered by data collected by Luminate. If your music is not registered and properly reported to Luminate, the system has no way to track your activity. That means: • Direct-to-fan sales will not count • Digital downloads will not count • Streams will not count • Physical sales will not count Unless the release is registered and tracked through Luminate using the correct UPC and ISRC codes. Many artists release music on DSPs or sell music on their own platforms but never complete the reporting step. As a result, the consumption data exists, but it is invisible to the chart system. This is why two artists can sell the same amount of music and only one appears on the charts. The difference is not the audience. The difference is the reporting infrastructure behind the release. If you want your streams, downloads, and sales to contribute to chart eligibility, the release must be properly registered and reported to Luminate before the activity occurs. Like Prince disqualifications can come about by bundling he was the first artist Neilsen (now Luminate) back then wouldn’t let Prince sells from his concert tickets/CD giveaway count. Meaning every person that bought a ticket on that tour received a cd which same boat Larussell is in with bundling (incentivized). Hope this helps.
