I truly love Le’Andria Johnson. That is my girl, and I love her to pieces. I made a post with her singing videos, and somebody commented, “put down the bottle.” That really bothered me because people are so quick to judge what they do not understand. You cannot judge somebody for the battles they are fighting. Le’Andria has been very open and candid about her life, her struggles, and how hard things have been for her. A lot of people speak on addiction without ever taking the time to understand it. Addiction is not something that is always easy to just walk away from. It is a real struggle, and for many people, it becomes a way they try to cope with pain, trauma, and life. I am not saying it is right, but I am saying it is real, and it is a process. People love to say what they would or would not do, but until you have walked in somebody else’s shoes, you really do not know. The first step is admitting there is a problem, and Le’Andria has never hidden her truth. She has been honest about what she has gone through, and that takes strength. You can hear her pain, her testimony, and her story through her music. There is truly an anointing over her life. So many people have been blessed by her voice, including me. I support her 100 percent, and I always will. Keep your mouth off God’s children, because what you may be looking at as weakness could really be somebody going through a trial. And even in the middle of that trial, God is still with her. He has always been with her. I love her dearly, and I will continue to pray for her and support her.
