I stopped trying to outrun a bad diet and focused on strength training, protein and steps. That is how you stay lean year round without burning yourself out. 3. Ignoring mobility until something hurts Most men only stretch when they are already injured. Tight ankles, hips, and upper back ruin your lifts and add stress to your joints.
