NYC Hot Chocolate Tour Stop 31: @libraebakery! If you’ve been following me for awhile, you know that Librae is my favorite bakery in Manhattan. Last year, they offered a Valentine’s Day special hot chocolate, but no seasonal hot chocolate! I couldn’t have been more excited to see them debut a seasonal cup this week. It’s made of a blend of milk and dark chocolate, malt, vanilla, and is topped with a chai spiced whipped cream. This cup was excellent and I rated it a 9.7, but do recommend getting the whipped cream on the side so you can add as much or as little as you’d like! I’ll be rating many more hot chocolates in the weeks to come, so follow along for more, and share any recommendations in the comments below. This is one of my favorite bakeries recently in nyc 🥹 none of the items I had were bad… try their super flaky croissant and if you love pistachio, you have to get their pistachio rose. Their basque cheese cake and Jerusalem bagel was awesome too.
