This is a hidden gem in Edmonton! It’s Paper Birch Books and they are the coziest bookstore in Edmonton! They also have a coffee bar to get caffeine and matcha! Absolutely a must visit for used books lovers and just to do something new in Edmonton!

New library alert! The Edmonton Public Library location at Heritage Valley Town Centre has moved across the road into a 9000 square foot space (6000 square foot as public floor space) where it used to have 2000 square foot of space. The former location had been open here for 6 years already. ⬇️ This new location has plenty of book collections, fish tank, fire place, interactive digital wall, study and event use area, computers, Makerspace with 3D printer and Cricut machine, and kid's area with tactile wall and tablet learning. ⬇️ While there is a DVD collection to take out, you can also place holds online, or even use the online partners to access more films, music, ebooks, and audio books. ⬇️ While it is currently most accessible by car, the nearest bus stop is across the street for routes 659 and 727 which take you to Heritage Valley Transit Centre in 8 minutes. ⬇️ In the future, this library location will be 6 blocks from Heritage Valley Town Centre LRT Station on Capital Line upon completion.
