Here’s how ⬇️ Here are 3 ways you can find the right recruiter to reach out to (no matter if you have LinkedIn premium or not). 1️⃣ Look at the JD If you have LinkedIn premium, you might be able to see who the recruiter is from the job description (this is a feature you unlock, but doesn’t work on all roles). 2️⃣ Filter by post Most recruiters post on LinkedIn when they’re hiring for a role. Just type in the search bar the role and company you’re looking for with the word “hiring”. From there you can filter by post. 3️⃣ Look at the company page The last pace you can find the recruiter is looking as the company page. Just filter down your reserach by location and title, and start going inside the profiles. You’ll be surprised how many recruiters self identify themselves. You don’t need to find THE recruiter, just narrow down your search so you can reach out to 2-3 of them.
