Comment "Roadmap" i will send you the link HLD vs LLD in System Design explained simply • HLD (High Level Design) focuses on system architecture • It defines major components like services, database, cache, load balancer • It explains how different components communicate • It helps plan scalability and overall system flow • LLD (Low Level Design) focuses on implementation details • It defines classes, methods, APIs, and data structures • It explains internal logic of each component • It helps developers write clean and maintainable code • HLD = Big picture of the system • LLD = Internal working of each component • Both HLD and LLD are used in real-world projects • HLD helps design scalable architecture • LLD helps build correct and structured code [keywords: hld vs lld, system design, high level design, low level design, software architecture, backend engineering, microservices, scalable systems, interview prep, backend developer, software engineering] #systemdesign #hld #lld #softwarearchitecture #backendengineering microservices scalablesystems interviewprep backenddeveloper softwareengineering

UML is the real cheat code for LLD. If you can design it clearly in UML diagrams, you can build it confidently in code. LD is important for both freshers and experienced developers. Interviews are not just about cracking DSA anymore. Your resume projects, system thinking, and how you design real-world features matter a lot. Low Level Design helps you explain how things work behind the scenes, how you structure code, and how you make scalable decisions. If you’re preparing for interviews, LLD can be the differentiator between an average and a strong candidate. 👉 Comment LLD and I’ll share all the important resources with you. #LowLevelDesign #TechInterviews #SoftwareEngineering #SDEPrep #CareerInTech

Deep Dive into LLD | Part 4 – System Design Series Part 3 completed the deep dive into High-Level Design. Now in Part 4 we go deep into Low-Level Design. LLD (Low-Level Design) = The detailed blueprint for the actual code implementation of one specific module or component inside the system. It focuses on: → Exact classes and their relationships → Method signatures and function logic → Choice of data structures (Array, HashMap, Queue, Trie, etc.) → Design patterns (Singleton, Factory, Observer, Strategy, etc.) → Interfaces, abstract classes, error handling, and concurrency controls In simple way If HLD is the city map showing where all buildings go, LLD is the detailed architectural drawing for one building exact room layout, wiring, switches, furniture placement, and how everything inside works. In interviews, LLD is asked less frequently in product companies now (HLD is more common), but strong LLD skills are still very important for writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code especially in SDE-2 and above roles. Here are the recommendations that were given to me by you: 1. YT playlist: Code with Aryan Mittal 2. YT playlist: LLD Basics to Advanced by Shrayansh Jain (members only, I have taken the subscription for a month) 3. GitHub repo: awesome lld 4. Website: refactoring guru 5. Course: Educative.io system design 6. Other YT channels: Gaurav Sen, Hello Interview and byte byte go (not LLD specific) I started with Shrayansh Jain’s YT playlist last week for the following reasons: 1. Designed for Java developers 2. Design patterns and practice problems are structured together instead of one after another. 3. I have taken a paid subscription for a month so that I actually push myself to complete it before that. LLD is all about practice so I am not sticking to one resource and will be practicing using ChatGPT as well. Let me know if I missed out on anything :) #buildinpublic #softwaredeveloper #javadeveloper #engineering #study
