How I make edge indexes in my notebooks. Nerd shit.

Kamu suka bikin juga? Sudah 3 bulanan aku pakai notebook imut ini buat mencatat dan planning harian (commonplace journal). Aku taruh habit tracker ini di bagian akhir buku, supaya gampang dicarinya. Cara bikinnya simpel: 1. Tulis di kertas apa aja yang mau di-track: kebiasaan yang mau dimulai/ dirawat, challenge yang mau dilakukan, dll. Bebas sesuai kebutuhan. 2. Bikin tabel buat hari-hari/tanggal x habit-nya. Sisanya bisa buat nulis highlight harian. 3. Warnain/highlight habits sesuai kategori. Gak wajib, tapi aku suka melakukannya ^^. Misalnya, aku pakai warna yang sama untuk beberapa habits yang berkontribusi ke kesehatan-- warnanya dibedain dari challenges atau habits yang berkontribusi ke aspek lain, kayak family, relationship, atau growth. 4. Kasih warna buat tanggal akhir pekan. Buat aku ini penting, karena kita jadi bisa ngelihat bedanya apa, dan apakah weekend dan weekday ngaruh ke apa aja yang kita lakukan. 5. Jadi deeh. Tips: - make sure they align with your values - don't overthink it. Journalmu adalah untukmu sendiri ;) - gak harus banyak kayak aku (haha). Sesukanya aja. Sesuaikan sama kebutuhan kamu. Kalau udah jadi, ingat yah ini *tracker*, jadi misalnya ada bagian yang gak keisi sama sekali, jangan menghukum diri dengan larut pada pertanyan "kenapa sih aku gak bisa??" 🥹🫶🏼 Kalau ada yang gak keisi, kita bisa cek lagi kira-kira apa yang terjadi pada hari itu, dan apa yang bisa kita ubah buat bisa melakukannya. Bisa juga sebenernya kita gak enjoy, gak berkontribusi ke goals, gak align sama value kita. Bisa juga kita emang butuh tapi perlu disiasatin biar bisa dilakuin. Misal goals kita mau hidup sehat, tapi ternyata kita gak bisa komit lari tiap hari, ya, diganti aja sama bentuk olahraga lainnya atau mungkin emang perlu trainer khusus biar "terpaksa" 😂 Lumayan juga buat diliat-liat sendiri.
