Heyyyy friends, I’ve got a (very overdue) new Circuit Bent Jam session for ya using one of my very first ever circuit bent toys! 🥲 A cute little drum toy that (especially when combined with Looperator and Infiltrator) adds some incredibly fun glitchy percussive elements to this track I made. I know I haven’t posted in over a month…I’ll be posting a more formal life update in a few days (September was a living nightmare...) but in the meantime I wanted to share this Circuit Bent Jam with you since it’s been way too long since the last one. I almost scrapped this one entirely tbh because I ended up messing up the audio syncing/editing of the video irreparably somehow (still not entirely sure what happened) but I like the vibe of the song so whatever. Halftime is a great effect, so is Looperator and similar plugins. However, stretching the life out of a sound can make some aspects of it really unpleasant (generally too low or stuttering), while reversed things can end up with unpleasant clicks.
