Embrace this chapter, for in the future, you'll flip through its pages and all you'll find is pure magic. Forget the feeling of being stuck, the whispers of falling behind, and the echoes of what-ifs. Within your uncertainty lies untapped potential, in your moments of lostness, opportunities waiting to be discovered. Discomfort is the canvas where change paints its masterpiece. In the quiet of your nights, remember this - one day, you'll revisit these moments, and all that will shine through is the magic.

🔥 Damed Landscapes There are places that appear on no map. Dark, silent lands where even the deepest corners of the human soul hesitate to wander. They are not made of stone or ash, but of sensations that defy logic: disorientation, fear, transformation.Yet sooner or later, we all pass through them. Not by choice, but by fate. These are inner landscapes that manifest outwardly—scenes that reflect what we refuse to see.Crossing them doesn’t mean being lost. It means becoming something else. . . . . . #DamnedLandscapes #DarkLandscapes #PaesaggiOscuri #DarkAesthetic #SurrealWorlds #VisualStorytelling #CinematicReel #DarkFantasyArt #PostApocalypticVibes #TwilightRealms #InfernalBeauty #ShadowRealms #EpicVisuals #DarkMood #VisualPoetry #MysticLandscapes #DarkNature #EerieAtmosphere #ArtOfDarkness #ReelOfTheDay #MoodyVisuals #DarkVibesOnly #DreamlikeScenes #EmotionalLandscapes #ReelArtistry

One day, you will look back on this time, and all you will see is magic. You won’t remember how stuck you felt, or how far behind you thought you were, or what you wished you had done differently. All you will see is that within your uncertainty was also your potential, and within your lostness was also an opportunity to be found, and within your discomfort was also a chance to see what you needed to change, and changing it was you becoming the person you were always meant to be. If there is one single thought that can comfort you in your darkest, quietest nights, please let it be this - one day, you will look back on this time, and all you will see is magic. ✨ Words: @briannawiest Video: @davidignaz

It takes a lot of courage & dedication to choose to reconnect and find ones authenticity in a world that has so much influence and conditioning around disconnection & inauthenticity. The disconnection from authenticity is why so many people suffer from mental health challenges, lostness, depression, dissatisfaction, boredom, inadequacy and a deep emptiness or void that feels like it can’t be filled. Until we understand our limiting beliefs that have been created from trauma and our social conditioning, they will drive us and keep us separate from our authentic selves. We can come back to self love and self acceptance and understand the root of our beliefs, so we can heal, if we choose. Authenticity is suppressed for approval, validation and acceptance because belonging is so important in the human experience. To heal, we must let go of the need for approval and make the connection to ourselves a top priority. Ya Rabb, I bring You my fears — my lostness, my hesitation, my guilt. I ask just this: guide me to the right path. Help me make the decision that pleases You. Give me strength where I am weak — especially in the places no one can see but You. And for every tear I didn’t cry out loud, I ask for a reward in the unseen. For every battle I fought in silence, I ask for Your closeness to be my victory.

I know you're feeling lost right now. And yet… beneath that lostness, there is a quiet awareness rising inside you—like a ripple through your soul. You feel everything. You sense things that others don’t. I know you're afraid. But at the very same time, you can also see the magnificent force standing beside you—one that is far more powerful than any fear could ever be. Yes, there’s chaos all around. Destruction. Collapsing timelines. Parts of you wish you could just forget all of this… this awakening, this path. Or maybe—maybe—you’re just yearning to be shown a clear way forward. You feel entangled, stuck in a place that once felt so familiar, like you had it all figured out. But now… you can’t seem to move. You hold within your heart so many sacred secrets, so much wisdom—gifts from lifetimes beyond this one—and you ache to live them. To express them. But something, somehow, keeps you from embodying them fully. And that, my love, is exactly why you're feeling so exhausted… so fed up with this in-between. But hear this: The mysteries and truths you carry are not random. They were planted within you for a divine reason. They’ve already been downloaded into your subconscious. You don’t need to force their integration. You don’t need to do anything. Trying to pull them out too soon will only disturb your current energetic state. Let them root deeply in your soul. Let them rise to the surface when your soul says it's time. Think of it like walking—you don’t consciously command each leg to move. Your body just knows. Because walking is encoded into your being. In the same way, this wisdom will rise and move through you effortlessly when the time is aligned. Read Comments for the rest 📍

Why breakups feel like an identity crisis — not just heartache. According to relational psychology, we don’t only bond with others in relationships — we bond with who we are when we’re with them. Psychologist Dan Siegel’s concept of “mindsight” explains how relationships shape the brain by co-regulating our emotions and giving structure to our self-perception. This is why losing someone often brings more than grief. It brings disorientation. You may ask: - “Who am I without them?” - “Will I ever feel that version of myself again?” But here’s what research clarifies: Those emotional states — playfulness, freedom, hope — weren’t imported from the other person. They were elicited from within you. Dr. Kristin Neff’s work on self-compassion emphasizes that the validation, safety, and joy we experience in healthy relationships can also be cultivated inwardly — when we meet our emotions with presence and care. This doesn’t deny the value of the relationship. It reframes your agency. What you miss might not be just them — but access to a more open, expressive self that felt welcomed. The opportunity now is to reconnect with that self. Not to replace the relationship — but to reclaim your emotional capacity as yours. Because who you were with them… is still you. 🎥 - @petercrone All insights are research-backed. We’re not therapists. We’re a media page helping you understand your human conditioning. Franz Kafka's perspective on life, as seen through his writings and quotes, is often characterized by a sense of existential unease, the absurdity of existence, and the struggle for individual meaning in a vast, alien world. His views suggest that life's meaning is tied to its transience and the difficulty of finding true freedom or understanding, often seeing the wish to die as a first step toward wisdom. Key Themes in Kafka's View of Life The Absurdity of Existence: Life is depicted as a paradoxical and often senseless struggle, where individuals are lost despite being free. The Search for Meaning: Kafka believed life's meaning is complex and often requires a struggle to find it, with books acting as a "weapon" to break the "frozen sea within us" of stagnant thought. Suffering and Discontent: For Kafka, a true feeling of self is often found in unhappiness, suggesting that struggle and suffering are central to human experience. Freedom vs. Lostness: The freedom to choose is paradoxically overwhelming, leaving individuals feeling lost, and sometimes, chains feel safer. The Limits of Truth and Understanding: He questioned the ability to grasp truth and saw suffering as a powerful, perhaps even the only, positive connection to the world. The Transient Nature of Life: A stark view suggests that "The meaning of life is that it stops". Quotes from Kafka on Life "The meaning of life is that it stops". "You are free, and that is why you are lost". "A first sign of the beginning of understanding is the wish to die". "I have the true feeling of myself only when I am unbearably unhappy". "A book must be the ax for the frozen sea within us". "I am a cage, in search of a bird". #selfreflection #philosophy #quotes #dostoyevski #suffering #kafka

Franz Kafka was a German-speaking Bohemian writer born in Prague in 1883, whose name has come to define a distinct sense of existential dread, alienation, and absurdity — often called "Kafkaesque." Quiet, introspective, and plagued by anxiety and a strained relationship with his domineering father, Kafka poured his personal turmoil into haunting, surreal fiction that blurred the lines between reality and nightmare. His most famous works — The Metamorphosis, The Trial, and The Castle — explore the helplessness of individuals trapped in incomprehensible systems or transformed by forces beyond their control. In The Metamorphosis, a man wakes up as a giant insect; in The Trial, a man is arrested and prosecuted without ever being told what crime he committed. These stories are less about plot and more about mood — a sense of disorientation, guilt, and the absurdity of modern life. Kafka worked a day job at an insurance company and published only a handful of pieces during his lifetime. He asked his friend Max Brod to destroy all his remaining manuscripts after his death in 1924, but Brod disobeyed — and the world gained access to one of the most influential literary voices of the 20th century. Kafka’s writing continues to resonate because it speaks to the unease of the individual in an overwhelming world, where logic often fails, and meaning slips just out of reach. . . . . . . . . . . . #anxiety #depression #overthinking #love #novel #fyp #literature #reels #bookstagram #quotes #explore #qotd #fiction
