The lower back belongs to the core muscles so it makes a very important muscle to your body. Whether you do handstands, front levers or even military press the lower back will help you get more stability in those exercises besides a strong lower back means no lower back pain. A strong lower back also gives you a better posture so make sure to not skip your lower back training. The 3 Calisthenics exercises can be done at home but you still need some equipment like the chair, the mat and the dip bar.
