Morning Lymph Release 🌿💧 Did you know? The lymphatic system doesn’t have its own pump like the heart. It relies on movement, muscle contractions, breathing, and gentle bouncing to keep lymph fluid circulating. ✨ Simple rhythmic movements can help: • Stimulate lymph flow 💧 • Reduce fluid retention • Support immune function 🛡️ • Improve circulation ❤️ This kind of routine can also open up the body, energise you, improve mobility and posture, and support the body’s natural detox processes. Just 10–15 minutes of bouncing, marching, arm swings, and hip movements can wake up the system and get everything flowing. ⏰ Tip: Do it in the morning or earlier in the day — it can be so energising that doing it late evening might make it harder to fall asleep. Put on some music 🎶, move your body, bounce lightly, swing your arms, breathe deeply, and enjoy the flow. This routine is non negotiable for me. Less than a minute. Every single morning. The majority of your lymph nodes sit in the thorax and neck. This is where all the lymphatic fluid from your face and body converges before it re enters the bloodstream. If this area is not open, fluid backs up. Your face holds onto puffiness no matter what else you do. This simple activation helps that fluid move. It clears the path so everything downstream, your jawline, your under eyes, your midface, can actually drain. Less than a minute. But it changes how your face looks for the rest of the day. Save this and try it tomorrow morning.

Unlike your circulatory system, your lymph system does not have a “pump” so it only moves if you move. Try this lymphatic drainage workout to get things moving and energize your morning! #lymphaticdrainagetherapy #healthymornings #energy

Peri- menopause comes with a whole host of symptoms. Some we see and some we see the result of. Lowered Oestrogen affects the bodies ability to effectively utilise the lymphatic system leading to a build up of toxins in the body, puffiness, bloating and water retention. This simple technique can be wound into your morning routine and will help to stimulate lymph movement. Simply rebound (bounce) on your toes gently for 3 minutes. Adding in arm shakes increases the effectiveness. And if you want a double whammy you can combine this with humming which stimulates the vagus nerve and helps lower cortisol Follow along for more tips to support your peri menopausal chapter #menopausehealth #menopauseeducation #lymphaticdrainage #lymphaticexercise #perimenopause #chapter40
