Contemporary lyrical dance offers a unique avenue for expression and emotional release. This one hit me right in the feels... Life is so overwhelming sometimes but I am so lucky that I can express my emotion through dance. My beautiful assistant @hollymmerchant and I choreographed something that we don’t really often do but this one was so special..
