Mac & cheese à tomber par terre 🤤 Depuis le temps que vous nous demandez notre recette, la voici ! Et vous ne serez pas déçus, c’est hyper facile à faire et le résultat est méga cheesy. C’est un régal absolu 😍 👉 Dans une casserole, t’ajoute de la crème, du fromage frais, des épices (paprika, échalotes, ail, sel et poivre) et un filet de sauce spicy. Tu mélanges le tout à feu doux jusqu’à ce que la sauce réduise légèrement puis tu réserves. À côté dans une poêle, t’ajoutes plusieurs noix de beurre puis de l’ail haché que tu fais dorer, ensuite tu verses la préparation réalisée juste avant et de l’eau de cuisson. Tu ajoutes les macaronis cuits al dente puis une grosse poignée de mozzarella râpée et une autre de cheddar. Tu mélanges puis tu places le tout dans un plat à gratin dans lequel t’ajoutes à nouveau du cheddar. Ça part au four mode grill 180° pendant 5 minutes et voilà c’est prêt t’as plus qu’à te régaler !
