Time blocking is one of the simplest ways to go from “busy” to actually productive. 1. List your real life roles first. Before you block time, get clear on what you actually do. Write down: • Business owner • Content creator • Wife, mom, daughter, friend • Home manager • Self-care and spiritual life This becomes the framework for your schedule. 2. Do a brain dump (get it out of your head) Write everything you need to do this week: • Filming • Editing • Church prep • Emails • Admin • Grocery shopping • Planning content • Rest Don’t organize yet. Just dump it. 3. Create simple blocks on your week Now open your weekly layout and assign blocks like: Monday • 9–12 Content Creation • 12–1 Lunch • 1–3 Admin + Emails • 3–5 Church or Meetings You are not scheduling tasks. You are scheduling what type of work happens when. This removes decision fatigue. Remember: Time blocking is not a cage. It’s a compass.
