I pulled it off. It turned out way better than I expected. (I don’t make coconut version) But I still think the café’s version wins, since they’re the original creators after all. . TOASTED COCONUT CLOUD MATCHA 💙💚 this might be the prettiest matcha I’ve ever made OHHHH and it’s absolutely delish. What you’ll need: • 40 ml heavy whipping cream @clover.sonoma •4 grams of matcha powder @morethan.matcha •10 ml of your favorite milk. I used @malkorganics •toasted coconut syrup (the coconut is already sweet so don’t add a lot ) •pinch of flaky sea salt • @c2ococonutwater coconut water • blue spirulina Directions: 1. Mix together your coconut water and blue spirulina 2.Sift matcha directly into the heavy cream, almond milk, toasted coconut syrup and salt. 2. give it a good mix with a electric handheld mixer. 3. Add lots of ice to your glass and pour in coconut water and then the matcha and enjoy.
