McDonald’s McChicken sandwich with mayo sauce. 🍔 Ingredients For the chicken patty: 2 lb boneless chicken breast, minced Salt and pepper to taste 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder Oil for frying For the chicken patty coating: 8 tbsp all purpose flour Salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1/3 cup water For the sauce 1 cup mayonnaise 2 tbsp Dijon mustard Salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp white vinegar To assemble: Brioche buns Lettuce, diced Method: In a mixing bowl combine minced chicken. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Mix well until combined. Grease hands with a little bit oil and make round patties. Place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and let them freeze for 30 minutes or until frozen. Take two dishes, divide the all purpose flour in both dishes( around 4 tbsp each ). Add salt pepper, garlic and onion powder in one bowl, Along with water to make a thick batter. Adjust water accordingly. Heat oil in a frying pan. Once the oil is hot, Coat the chicken patties in flour mixture then the wet batter. Carefully drop the chicken patties into the oil. Fry on medium low for 10-15 minutes or until fully cooked and crispy golden brown. Make sauce by combining mayo, Dijon mustard, salt pepper and vinegar in a mixing bowl. Assemble the sandwich by adding sauce, chicken patty, lettuce and some more sauce. Serve with some fries and enjoy! #mcchicken #mcdonalds #burger #sandwich #recipe

Homemade McChicken Sandwich Recipe ✨ Ingredients Chicken Patties • 2 lbs ground chicken • ½ tsp cornstarch • ½ tsp garlic powder • ½ tsp onion powder • ½ tsp black pepper • 1½ tsp salt Dry Batter • ½ cup all-purpose flour Wet Batter • 1 cup all-purpose flour • ½ cup cornstarch • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp paprika • 1 tsp salt • ½ tsp black pepper • 1 cup cold water (add more if needed for a pancake-batter consistency) For Frying • Neutral oil (canola or vegetable) McChicken Sauce • 1 cup mayonnaise • 1 tsp yellow mustard • 1 tsp white vinegar • ½ tsp white sugar For Assembly • 6 brioche burger buns • Shredded iceberg lettuce Instructions 1. Make the chicken patties: In a bowl, mix ground chicken, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until well combined. Shape into 6 patties slightly larger than the buns. 2. Freeze to firm up: Place patties on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 15–20 minutes to help them hold their shape while cooking. 3. Prepare the batters: In one bowl, add ½ cup flour for the dry batter. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, seasonings, and cold water until smooth to create the wet batter. 4. Coat the patties: Dip each patty into the dry batter first, then into the wet batter. Let excess drip off before frying. 5. Fry until crispy and golden: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry each patty for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature). Transfer to paper towels to drain. 6. Make the McChicken sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy. 7. Assemble the burgers: Lightly toast brioche buns. Spread the mayo sauce on bottom bun, add crispy chicken patty, shredded lettuce, spread more sauce on top bun and place it over the lettuce. Here’s how I did it… I invested alongside Mark Cuban and Kevin O’Leary in 2 different Shark Tank startups. The first one had already aired on shark tank and had recieved investment from Mark Cuban. This was an up-and-coming alcohol brand and their name was Beatbox Beverage. They were making waves in the alcohol space and I took the opportunity to invest alongside Cuban and many other investors. Their current valuation is somewhere in the ballpark of $700-750 MILLION 💵 

The second startup I invested in before it ever appeared on Shark Tank! There were rumors that they might air or might potentially be on the tank at some point but due to legal obligations I wasn’t actually allowed to know until three days before the show would air. When they did air…Mr Wonderful struck a deal with them! This company was focused on a new twist on office products and their name was MC Squares. Since investing in both of these startups back in 2020, I’ve invested in a ton of startups since then. Here’s the thing that you have to know… It’s virtually impossible to be able to see how one startup versus another startup is going to perform down the line. I don’t have a crystal ball on if they will make it or if they won’t But my team and I we do extensive due diligence before I make any decision to invest in a startup. The truth is investing in startups is risky and I have learned that the hard way and I’m very aware of the truth is investing in startups. But there’s also a potential for huge returns when you invest in the right deal.
