Realistic what I eat in a day 🥩 (nothing exotic in this one) Fuelled by @nocco.usa ⚡️ Although I’ll include exotic/organ meats in my diet, I certainly don’t consume them everyday (nor do I think it’s necessary or optimal to do so). I typically eat liver & heart 2-3x per week. This is a realistic day of eating for me. I don’t eat for taste, I never really have, but I also don’t think it’s an issue if you do (I just can’t be bothered to go to the effort to doing so). I enjoy my meals, the routine, the simplicity, and the lack of decision fatigue I have from not constantly deciding whether or not to indulge. I‘ve been doing this so long I don’t get cravings which is awesome.
