Not to be biased… but Melbourne has just been named the best city in the world for 2026 🌏 The new ranking by Time Out surveyed 24,000 people around the globe, asking locals what their cities are really like — from food and culture to nightlife, happiness and overall city vibe. And somehow Melbourne came out #1 in the world, beating cities like Shanghai, Edinburgh, London and New York City. If you’ve spent any time here though… it kind of makes sense. The coffee scene is ridiculous, the food is some of the best in the world, there’s always something happening, and you’ve got beaches, wineries and nature all within a short drive.
