I don’t have a big shop or fancy equipment. My bakery runs right out of my home kitchen. I spend my week prepping, mixing, baking, and packaging—I get to share the fruits of my labor with a little stand outside my house.

“Nano-Bakery”: Smaller than a micro-bakery. We are making our own in house sourdough bread and rye sourdough for our new food options on the menu so that you can be assured you are getting proper quality old school bread without all the crap which comes with large scale commercial bread. It also just tastes so much better! The cardamom and cinnamon buns are also baked in house so we control how they taste and how much sugar is in them. The menu is small but we are only adding things we can make in house with care and intention. It’s the same approach we have applied to our coffee and teas. Great ingredients which are taken care of lead to great experiences.
