Quando parliamo di salute del cuore, la prevenzione deve partire da dati oggettivi. Gli esami ematochimici aiutano a individuare precocemente fattori di rischio spesso silenziosi e a costruire un percorso di prevenzione cardiovascolare realmente personalizzato. I principali parametri da monitorare riguardano: • Profilo lipidico Colesterolo totale, HDL, LDL, trigliceridi, Apolipoproteina A e B, Lipoproteina(a). • Metabolismo glucidico Glicemia a digiuno, insulinemia, emoglobina glicata, indice HOMA. • Infiammazione e rischio trombotico PCR ad alta sensibilità, fibrinogeno, D-dimero quando indicato. • Funzione renale Azotemia, creatinina, filtrato glomerulare. • Altri indicatori utili Omocisteina, ferritina, vitamina D, BNP/NT-proBNP nei casi in cui sia necessario valutare anche la funzione cardiaca. Prevenire non significa fare più esami, ma fare gli esami giusti, al momento giusto, dentro una valutazione clinica complessiva. 📌 È fondamentale ricordare che questi esami devono sempre essere richiesti, interpretati e contestualizzati da un medico, evitando percorsi “fai da te” o interpretazioni autonome dei risultati.
