I usually go for whole milk and full-fat yogurt because they’re packed with protein, healthy fats, and calcium that keep me full, energized, and nourished. Full-fat dairy also helps my body absorb nutrients and supports hormone health. Dairy is actually easier to digest than a lot of people think, sometimes discomfort is just about gut balance, not the dairy itself.
