My transformation & how I did it👇🏻 Had a training plan that aligned with my goals & I stuck to. This was 4-5 exercises I stuck to consistently for 8-12 weeks & PUSHED my self daily on those, if you want to grow don’t constantly change your exercises. Progressive overload is SO important, so with my weights if I could reach 10-12 reps I would then up it, with that new weight when I reached 10-12 reps I would then up it again. I also increased my time under tension & added paused reps into my training. Ate in a calorie surplus, this definitely helped me the most! Nutrition is 🔑 for sure, before hand I was under eating massively, so to then fuel my body correctly & have all this extra energy to put in to my sessions & day to day life it was insane. Everyone’s calorie intake in a surplus will be different depending in the individual but I was eating around 2,800-3000. PUSH!! Trust me you definitely have more gas in the tank🙂↔️your mind will give up before your body so even if your heads saying you’ve got no more your body will still manage more! This is essential for growth, no one ever grew staying in their comfort zone. Prioritise rest & recovery, when you exercise you make tiny tears in your muscle fibers & during rest your body repairs those and they grow back stronger than before! So if you’re not resting & recovering you won’t grow.
