I hear this a lot: “I’m really not into the meditation stuff” “The breathing just doesn’t work for me” “This isn’t doing anything…what’s the point?” Listen, I get it. You’re looking for something that will either make the feelings go away or solve your problems, and mindfulness definitely won’t do that. But what mindfulness WILL do is to help you tolerate the feelings. It will help you tolerate the problems that don’t have answers. There will always be feelings. There will always be problems. But maybe you don’t have to be so tortured by them. If you’re seeing this video, you’re probably interested in the idea of learning how to feel—the idea of healing through feeling. You can’t really do that without learning some kind of mindfulness practice. If you find mindfulness very difficult, you’re not alone! That’s why I create resources to coach people on how to be more mindful. If You're a Beginner, Meditation can feel intimating. Here are 4 tips you can follow : 🍂 Start with guided meditation. There are many applications such as Calm, Simple Habits, etc that have really good guided meditation tracks that are easy to follow. 🍂Try Japa Meditation. You can take a beaded mala and take any simple mantra that resonates with you and chant it out loud or within along with the beads. 🍂 Start small. Meaning fix a small duration, something as short as 3-5 mins per day to begin with. It's always easy to build a habit if you don't push yourself to go all out from the beginning. 🍂Don't pressurise yourself to be perfect. Every single person had different experiences. Focus on your Practice rather than comparing it with others. . Hope this helps you♥️ . #mediation , meditation , #meditationtips , yoga teacher , #meditateeveryday , #dailymeditation

We all have those moments where our minds get too chaotic. Remember to take a deep breath and be present in the moment. If we keep living in the future, we will never cherish the moment we have today, but rather keep living in emotions of fear like: anxiety, stress, overwhelm, panic, etc. You are safe here and now. You are enough just as you are. You are loved in every way possible. Breathe in. Breathe out. You are doing fine 🤍 #anxiety #anxietytips #highperformancecoach #highperformancehabits #highperformance #highperformancetips #mindfulness #meditation #personaldevelopment #personalgrowth #spirituality #mindchatter

For eight years, I suffered from the inside out, and it wasn’t until I stopped, searching for the answers outside of myself that I found true healing. Meditation single-handedly changed my life. my mind plagued my body and in return it plagued my life, BUT amongst it all there was a glimmer of light. maybe it was God, maybe the universe, maybe an angel that guided me to find stillness and harness the power of my mind and it changed my ENTIRE life… Your mind is a garden + you plant the seeds. These online privates are transformational in planting positive seeds to alchemize deep change from the inside out. It all starts from the way you interact with your inner world that will directly influence your outer world. Meditation is my natural medicine that has continued to heal and nourish me day after day. The benefits of meditation include improved focus and memory, resilience to stress, reduction in anxiety and depression, improved sleep, increased executive functioning, cognitive flexibility, improved self awareness, imagination, creativity… and more I have been using this practice (see-hear) to practice mindfulness throughout the day💖🧠 ps. I did not make this up! I learned this practice (see, hear) in a mindfulness meditation course and have been loving it. So naturally I wanted to share it with everyone ✨ Realize, relax, smile, return (RRSR) is one of my favorite things i’ve learned recently. It’s so important to have this mindset during meditation, but also throughout the day and in life. 💖 #mindfulness #meditation #anxiety #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #selflove #selfcare #health #mindmatters #mentalwellness #mentalhealthhelp #meditationpractice

Feel overwhelmed or anxious? Do three rounds of this before anything else (instructions below 👇) Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing) is a quick reset and one of my favorite pranayam because (unlike others) it cannot be done too much. It is balancing for the body, mind, and energetic body (central channels). It also tells our central nervous system it is safe to relax. It’s not magic, but it’s one of the fastest tools to shift how you feel in your body. What you might notice in around 5 minutes: 1. Easier to fall asleep: longer exhale helps you downshift. 2. Clearer head: steadier breathing = less mental noise. 3. Less “wired” energy: brings you out of fight/flight mode. 4. Calmer body signals: that settling reflex kicks in. 5. Looser jaw + shoulders: tension drops on the slow exhale. Do it with me (3 rounds): Setup: Thumb = closes right nostril Ring finger = closes left nostril 1 round looks like this: 1. Close left → inhale right 2. Close right → exhale left 3. Inhale left 4. Close left → exhale right Do 3-5 rounds, never pushing it. Slow and smooth is the name of the game. Save this for when you need it and share with someone that could benefit - the will thank you! And comment “FREE” if you feel like your phone is adding to your anxiety or scattered mind, I’ll send you a free 10 minute video on how to fix it, have better output, and strengthen your relationships 🙏🏻❤️🌊
