Assembling The Lasagna Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F). Assembling the Lasagna I assembled mine in a glass baking dish. Spread béchamel and ragù on the bottom of the dish. Add a layer of lasagna sheets. Between each layer add: ragù (recipe in the previous video on this channel), béchamel, 30 g pizza mozzarella or regular mozzarella (I used semi-hard cheese because that’s what I had at home), and Parmesan. Repeat the process until the dish is full. Finish with a generous layer of Parmesan on top and place it in the oven. I personally use Mutti and Barilla products because I like them, but you can use any brands you prefer. Bake for 40–45 minutes, until golden brown on top. Cut into portions as desired. It can also be served reheated.

✨ The Best 5 ingredient, Homemade Lasagna ✨ Once I made it this way, I’ll never make it any other way again! So good!! What you’ll need: 2 lbs ground sausage 2 jars marinara 1 tub ricotta Shredded Mozarella Sliced mozzarella 1 package ready to bake lasagna noodles Italian seasoning salt and pepper *option for fresh parsley for topping Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 Brown and season sausage, then add marinara. Mix well. Let simmer and melt together about 5-10 minutes. In a baking dish, add a little of the meat mixture to the bottom. I like to use a soup ladle. 1 scoop. Arrange lasagna. 1st layer: Lasagna Noodle 2nd layer: Ricotta cheese (1 big scoop per noodle) 3rd layer: Shredded Mozarella 4th layer: Meat mixture (3 scoops) Repeat. When you get to the top. Add remaining meat mixture, shredded Mozarella, then top with the slices of Mozarella. Bake covered with foil for 30 min. Uncover and bake for 10 more min, or until cheese is golden and bubbly. Easy to make this ahead of time, and bake later. Perfect to bring to someone you’re thinking of, or that may need dinner. Serves 6-8. Enjoy! #aldi #lasagna #comfortfood #mealprep #dinner

The ULTIMATE lasagna recipe 🤤 You have got to get this into your meal rotation 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️ 600g round steak mince 2 red onions, diced 4 stalks of celery, finely chopped 1 large packet of bacon lardons 500g mushrooms (optional) 1 tins of tomato puree 2 tins chopped tomatoes 2 bay leaves 4 cloves of garlic, minced 2 tbsp Italian herbs 1 tbsp oregano 1 tbsp nutmeg 1–2 tbsp honey 1/2 pint beef stock 1 glass of good quality red wine Coarse sea salt Cheese sauce (I confess I used a packet - so one packet and 300ml milk) Lasagna sheets Grated cheese Serves 8-10 Method: 1. Begin with a large pot. Add the tomatoes, puree and honey along with the stock and place over a gentle heat. 2. Heat a large pan with some olive oil and fry the bacon lardons for 2–3 minutes before adding the celery and onion. (I blitz my veggies to get good layering) 3. Allow the celery and onion to cook down for 2–3 minutes before adding the garlic, Italian herbs, oregano, bay leaves and nutmeg. Cook for a further 2–3 minutes before transferring the mixture to the pot with the sauce. 4. Add another small bit of olive oil to the pan if needed and begin to brown the mince in 2 batches with some coarse salt. Once it has started to brown add 1/2 glass of wine (per batch) and cook for a further 2 minutes before placing in the pot with the sauce. 5. At this point add the mushrooms to the pot and, give everything a thorough stir. Turn up the heat and bring the mixture to the boil before reducing to a simmer for 25–30 minutes. 6. Prepare your cheese sauce. 7. Piece together the lasagna. 8. Cover with tinfoil and bake in the oven at 200c for 30-40mins. 9. Remove the tinfoil add a good layer of grated cheese and return to the oven for a further 10 mins or until the lasagna is bubbling and the cheese is nicely melted. 10. May not be winning any beauty contests, but classic lasagna never misses ¼ cup olive oil 1 diced red onion 2 cloves minced garlic 4 oz pancetta Salt and pepper ¾ cup red wine 1 28oz can peeled tomatoes 2 tbsp tomato paste 1 lb ground beef 8oz ricotta cheese 1 egg 1 cup parmesan cheese ¼ cup chopped parsley 1 cup shredded mozzarella 9 sheets lasagna noodles Warm the olive oil in a large pot over low heat. Add the diced onion, garlic, and pancetta. Let this cook gently for about 10 minutes, stirring now and then, until the onions are soft and fragrant. Season well with salt and pepper. Increase the heat slightly and pour in the red wine. Let it simmer and reduce until most of the liquid has cooked off, about 20 minutes. Crush the tomatoes directly into the pot with all their juices. Stir in the tomato paste along with 1 cup of warm water. Lower the heat and allow the sauce to simmer gently for about an hour. While the sauce cooks, brown the ground beef in a separate pan. Once cooked, stir it into the sauce and let everything simmer together for another 5-10 minutes. In a bowl, mix together the ricotta, egg, Parmesan, parsley, and mozzarella until well combined. To assemble, spread a thick layer of sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Lay down a layer of noodles, then spoon more sauce over them. Add one-third of the meat and one-third of the cheese mixture. Repeat this layering two more times. Finish with a final layer of noodles, cover with the remaining sauce, and sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the top. Bake for 30 minutes. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. #lasagna #dinnerinspo #easyrecipe #dinnerideas #cooking
