Basic tools and supplies for modding your keyboards! Hey hey! I’m back with another reel giving you some tips on keyboards! It was only a year ago when I started modding so, I’m really still an amateur at this! However these are tools which I’ve learned to use from bigger names in the niche! Without debate, my favorite tool is the electric screwdriver from @hoto_official! This, along with some lube and brushes, gave me the kickstart to mod my keyboards when I had the time. I don’t really have any fixed preference when it comes to how the keyboard should sound, but if it’s not clicky, not rattling, and not hollow, that’s a good starter 😌 What about you besties? Sonic Robo Blast 2 (SRB2) is a fan-made 3D platformer based on the Sonic the Hedgehog series. Developed by Sonic Team Junior, it features classic Sonic gameplay in a 3D world, with fast-paced movement, rings, enemies, and platforming challenges that feel like a natural evolution of the 2D Genesis games. What makes SRB2 especially unique is that it's built on the Doom Legacy engine, a modified version of the Doom engine—the same technology used in the original Doom games from the 1990s. The Doom engine was originally designed for first-person shooters, but SRB2 heavily modifies it to support third-person platforming, slopes, 3D models, and unique physics. sharing my experience in modding a keyboard (FOR THE FIRST TIME)! 🫶🏻⌨️ i bought basic modding tools such as foam and tape because i really wanted to explore the modding department 😆 i tried it on my Redragon Fizz K617 by @redragon_usa! i really love this keyboard but i thought it would be better if it didn’t sound too hollow, i was gonna do the coin mod but i already had the materials so maybe on a different keyboard 😅 i had to watch videos to make sure i was doing it correctly, here are the mods i did: ✅ pe foam ✅ eva foam ✅ tempest tape lubing the switches and stabilizers would probably make this keeb so much better but that would have to wait! i already love how the sound changed (type test 🔜) my fingers hurt so much after this cause i didn’t have the better switch puller LOL again, this is my first time so any comments and suggestions would be appreciated! can’t wait to try out different mods soon 💭 🏷️ #keeb #keyboard #mechanicalkeyboard #gaming #gamingsetup #desk #desksetup #reels #explore
