The Grayhound Collection- as seen in Devon Life Magazine Now available to collectors, paintings from Greg’s 2025 Art Residency on the 68ft lugger Grayhound on its journey from the UK to France. “At Port Rosmeur, the scent of salt mingles with the faint trace of diesel and the wood of weathered boats. There she is, the Grayhound Lugger, resting at anchor just outside the harbour wall. She is a study in contrasts: elegant yet rugged, her sails furled like wings, her hull black.” In 2025 Greg won the Guild of Ships Painting Award, and took up the prize of an Art Residency on the 68ft Lugger and eco-sailing vessel Grayhound. A selection of the resulting works were exhibited at Mall Galleries, London, in September last year, and he was subsequently elected as a Member of the Royal Society of Marine Artists.
