Follow @roamingwithtk for more outdoor adventure/national park tips, itineraries and bucket list activities! 🥾The Cadini di Misurina trail is a 2 mile out and back trail (about 1 hour) & Tre Cime di Lavaredo is a 6 mile loop (about 3-4 hours) 🚙 Get there by typing in Rifugio Auronzo in your Maps app 🅿️ You need an online reservation to access the Rifugio Auronzo parking lot. 💻 Visit the official website at Auronzo.info for more information 🛖 There are 4 mountain huts along the trail where you can stop for coffee, pastries, beer, wine, cheese boards, etc. Be sure you have CASH if you plan to stop here (and you definitely should!!) 📌 SAVE this for your bucket list trip to the Dolomites!

One thing I cannot hike without is my headphones. I know they say you’re not really supposed to hike with headphones because then you can’t be fully aware of what’s going on around you but honestly, I started my fitness and hiking journey listening to music to get me inspired and energized and it just become part of me at this point I have certain playlists for certain levels of terrain and I listen to music probably 85% of the time while I’m hiking. I love group hiking and hiking with others because it’s fun to experience the hike with others, but I find myself naturally reverting to being introverted while I’m on the trail and wanting to go into my headphones and my own thoughts.
