I potetmosen har de til enhver tid rundt 30 sorter poteter og de prøver å få lokalbefolkningen til å prøve nye nyper av vår elskede grønnsak. I kafeen lages det kreative bakte poteter med toppinger som vil blåse deg i bakken. Se spesielt etter potet med grønn saus og egg, den kjente sausen fra Frankfurt. Den passer så godt til bakt potet.
