“While they wait for Tom Hanks to make Toy Story 4!” -Gonzo I’m pretty sure Toy Story 4 hadn’t even been announced yet until sometime later that year (2014) after this movie was released. I absolutely love the Muppet movies and while I definitely prefer the 2011 one over Muppets: Most Wanted, this is in my opinion one of their best songs. It still bothers me that Amy Adams and Jason Segel aren’t in this one...and even worse they’re never even mentioned even though the last movie was about them and Gary is Walters brother. Couldn’t find any info on why they didn’t return. Were they just busy on other movies? Or did they not like doing the first one? This movie literally opens at the ending of the last one and they’re not seen even though they were just singing with them. Weird. Tried posting a clip of this that was a minute long but they took it down because of copyright.
