And whilst it’s hard yakka it’s exactly the kinda rest I need for my brain. There’s something about being out with the cows that is so good for my nervous system - can’t say the same when he’s got me working in the pound but I’m sure you know what I mean. Put me outside with the cows any day over being stuck inside in the school room. Alas, that is life though and time keeps moving and I will be heading back into the school room in just over a week which also means online workouts will be returning. I dreamed every day of owning a horse myself. Every birthday and christmas I would ask for one. Never got it. When I was 30 years old I got my first one, and now I own a horse trekking business in New Zealand and get to go on these amazing adventures.
