Somedays this is what is going through my brain. I hate bringing attention to myself by wearing tape. This weekend though I felt really unstable and knew that the tape would bring a bit of support but I was also limping from the pain. I didn’t want people to wonder why I was limping and knew that if there was something physical they could see they could kinda assume. But it also allows people to ask the age old question “what happened?” I don’t mind answering that question but tonight I didn’t have the mental capacity to do it.
