Let’s talk about the NACA program for real… Because I see a lot of people online either hyping it up like it’s the ONLY way to buy a home… or completely trashing it And the truth is, it’s neither. NACA can be a really good option if: ✔️ You don’t have a lot saved ✔️ You’re okay with a longer process ✔️ You’re willing to follow their structure But where people get frustrated is the timeline. It’s not a quick, “get pre-approved today and start shopping tomorrow” type of program. It requires patience, consistency, and staying on top of everything they ask for And a lot of people don’t realize that going in. So, they get discouraged halfway through. That’s why I always tell people to not just jump into a program because it sounds good. Make sure it actually fits YOU. This is a must. The NACA program can be one of the best entry models into Real Estate 🏡 for those that don’t have a bunch of money and or credit to start. There are a lot of PROs to being a NACA participant but one of the things that I love about the program is that NACA will use 75% of the property income and add it to your income.
