For the entire month of March, we are hitting the road on a 17-city tour to bring pro bono LGBTQ+ legal services directly to the communities that need it most. From rural towns to underserved cities, we are showing up, with the help of partnering lawyers in each state, to help:  ✅ Alleviate legal barriers.  ✅ Provide legal resources for the LGBTQ+ community.  ✅ Ensure every LGBTQ+ American has the tools to thrive. Houston, we’re in the building! Our Program Director, @rob_salcido, was on a Houston tour connecting, listening, and learning alongside community. From the Greater Houston LGBTQ+ Community Summit to Equality Texas’ Rainbow Rights Roadshow, and meaningful time with TPCF grantee partners, the past few days were about being present and in community. At Texas Pride Community Foundation @texaspridecf, we don’t just fund critical work across Texas we show up to better understand the communities, their needs, and the realities of the places people proudly call home. #CommunityFirst #TexasPrideCF

Meet @centrelgbtplus (📍 United States 🇺🇸) Centre LGBTQ+ connects the community through education, advocacy, and activities that create inclusive and affirming spaces for LGBTQ+ people and their families across Centre County. As the only LGBTQ+ center in this largely rural region, the organization offers youth programs, support groups, social and wellness initiatives, advocacy, and educational trainings that strengthen visibility, belonging, and equity. Their work ensures community members have access to spaces where they can connect, find resources, and feel supported. In a region where access to affirming services can be limited and policy shifts continue to shape community needs, Centre LGBTQ+ focuses on expanding visibility, culturally responsive programming, and safe spaces that meet people where they are. “As the only LGBTQ+ center in our region, Centre LGBTQ+ is a lifeline for individuals seeking safety, affirmation, and community.” With support from the Kindness in Community Fund, Centre LGBTQ+ is expanding essential services, increasing accessibility, and strengthening outreach so more people can access resources, connection, and care.
