I’ve seen videos and heard so much about Natto (Japanese fermented soybean), and since we have something similar back home (Axone), I had to try it for myself. First time verdict: similar, mild version of Axone both taste and smell. I’m not really sure why there’s such a long list of ingredients in the pack though. Back home, Axone is just boiled soybeans, naturally fermented with nothing added. But yes, I’d definitely buy it again! #natto #axone #naga #nagafood #localfood
