I made some of these mistakes in my journey, but you don’t have to! Learn from my experience and secure your seat! 🎯 🔻 Here are 5 mistakes that can cost you your NEET selection: 1️⃣ Ignoring NCERT in Biology 📖🚫 👉 80% of NEET Bio is NCERT-based—don’t fall for unnecessary books! 👉 Highlight, revise, and memorize every line. 👉 Diagrams & statements from NCERT = Direct questions in NEET! 2️⃣ Not Mastering Physics Concepts 📉⚡ 👉 Formulas won’t help unless you understand the concept first. 👉 Focus on WHY & HOW, not just memorization. 👉 Solve PYQs + Varied numericals to strengthen concepts. 3️⃣ Ignoring Chemistry PYQs 🧪📅 👉 Chemistry follows a pattern—PYQs are your best friend! 👉 Organic Chemistry follows trends in mechanisms. 👉 Physical Chemistry needs calculation practice & speed. 4️⃣ Skipping Full-Length Mocks ⏳📊 👉 Studying ≠ Performing in the exam. 👉 Mocks train your brain for real exam pressure. 👉 Time management & accuracy improve ONLY with full-length tests. 5️⃣ Overloading Yourself with Too Many Sources 📚🚨 👉 More books = More confusion! 👉 NCERT + PYQs + One Module = SUCCESS! 👉 Structured revision beats random studying. 🚀 Avoid these mistakes & boost your NEET rank! --- 🎯 Need FREE Personal Guidance for NEET? Hi, this is Rudra, a third-year MBBS student from Bhubaneswar, Odisha. I appeared for NEET in 2023 and scored **360/360 in Biology** in NEETI followed in the **last two months** to secure a perfect score in Biology: 1. **Revise NCERT consistently.** The most important thing in the last two months is revising NCERT again and again. Many students focus only on giving mock tests, but revising NCERT till the very last day is extremely important. When you revise, make sure you cover all the **important lines, highlighted points, and notes** you marked throughout the year. 2. **Limit mock tests but analyze them deeply.** Don’t try to give 4–5 mock tests a day. Stick to **one or at most two mock tests daily**. What matters more is thoroughly analyzing the paper afterward—check every mistake, understand why it happened, and revise that concept again. 3. **Keep revision structured and quick.** Aim to revise **2–3 chapters per day or one full unit per day**. Since this is revision, it should ideally take **around one hour**. The goal is quick and focused revision of concepts you’ve already studied. 4. **Don’t panic.** It’s normal to feel like you’re not remembering everything. With consistent revision over these two months, things start sticking automatically. In the **last week before the exam**, you’ll be able to revise everything thoroughly and recall most of the important points during the exam. Stay consistent, trust the process, and keep revising. You’ve got this. Follow for neet tips and tricks #neet #neet2026 #neetpreparation

1. Studying Without a Game Plan You’re just jumping around topics, hoping it sticks. Fix: Break your prep into 3 stages—Learn. Revise. Test. 2. Passive Learning = Fake Progress Watching videos and highlighting notes isn’t enough. Fix: Learn a topic, then solve 30–40 questions on it immediately. 3. No Revision, No Retention If you don’t revise, you forget. Simple. Fix: Revise daily—10 minutes before bed can save hours later. 4. Too Many Resources, Zero Depth Switching between books and teachers is just confusion. Fix: Stick to one reliable source per subject. Go deep, not wide. 5. Afraid of Mocks, So You Delay Waiting to feel “ready”? You never will. Fix: Start with topic-wise mocks. Use your mistakes as a map. 6. Inconsistent Effort = No Results Starting strong, then vanishing won’t work. Fix: Build a daily habit—even 1 hour a day adds up. 7. Avoiding the Tough Stuff Skipping hard topics doesn’t make them easier. Fix: Face them early. More reps = more confidence. 8. Obsessing Over Marks, Not Mistakes You care about scores but ignore why you got things wrong. Fix: Study your mistakes. That’s where growth hides. 9. Waiting for the “Perfect Time” You keep postponing your best effort. Fix: Perfect time doesn’t exist. Start now. Start messy. 10. No One’s Guiding You You’re lost because no one’s helping you track or improve. Fix: Get a mentor or accountability buddy. Feedback changes everything. Tired of studying hard and still getting nowhere with NEET? It’s not about more hours. It’s about the right approach. Do this steps : Follow @isthatsoundaryaa and DM me “Mentorship” — Let’s fix your prep, track your progress, and actually get you results. . . . . . #medstudent #medico #explore #mbbs #doctor #Neet #neetaspirants #neet2025 #neetug #mentor

Stupid study tips I got from NEET toppers that actually make sense 🤡📚 When I first heard these, I thought “this is so dumb.” But once you understand the logic… they actually work. 1️⃣ Studying the same chapter multiple times 🔁 Most students rush to finish the syllabus. Toppers repeat the same chapter 4–5 times until they can recall everything. 🧠 Result: concepts become automatic in exams. 2️⃣ Solving PYQs before theory 📄 Sounds backwards, but many toppers first check previous year questions to see what examiners actually ask. 📌 Then they study the chapter focusing only on important parts. 3️⃣ Revising more than studying 🔁📚 Finishing the syllabus ≠ remembering it. Toppers spend huge time on revision cycles, which is why they recall things easily in exams. 4️⃣ Fewer hours, deeper focus 🎯 Some toppers study 6–7 fully focused hours instead of 12 distracted ones. 📵 No phone, no multitasking → just deep work. 5️⃣ Writing things again and again ✍️ Instead of only reading notes, they rewrite formulas, reactions, or concepts. 🧠 Writing forces active recall, which strengthens memory. Sometimes the study tips that sound stupid… are actually the smartest ones. Save this for later 📌 What’s the strangest study tip you’ve heard? 👀 #neet #thatgirlstudent #studygram

If you’re preparing for NEET, don’t make the mistakes I did.

If you’re preparing for NEET, don’t make the mistakes I did. Read this carefully! Study Strategy & Resources 1 NCERT is Everything for Bio & Chem – 90% of NEET Biology & Inorganic Chemistry comes directly from NCERT. Every line matters! 2 Right Physics Approach – Focus on concepts & PYQs rather than just formulas , sometime NTA asks easy tricky questions in which most of the students get trapped and yes NCERT is not so important in case of physics believe me you can do 45/45 questions if you prefer question practice over passive reading. 3 Chemistry Sources Matter – Organic from Pankaj Sir, Inorganic from MD Sir would’ve saved a lot of time. 4 UMMEED (1)= Lifesaver - Instead of struggling with bulky lectures just go for ummeed in case you have a backlog of certain chapters. Revision & Mock Tests 5 Not Every Mock Test Score Defines You – Daily mocks drain energy; strategic tests matter more. Learn from mistakes instead of stressing over scores. 6 Last-Month Strategy is Key - Instead of random revision, follow a structured plan (like NCERT/Notes + PYQs + Full syllabus tests) for the best results. 7 OMR Filling Can Make or Break Your Score - Many aspirants lose marks due to silly OMR mistakes. Practice bubbling in every test. 8 Mindset on D-Day Matters More Than Your Preparation Panic = More mistakes. Staying calm helps you recall better. So stay calm and hydrated on your day. 9 Drop Years Are Normal, But Use Them Wisely - Two drops taught me that smart work > hard work. Right strategy > more study hours. 10 Self-Doubt Will Hit, But Keep Moving - Everyone feels low at times, but consistency wins over motivation. Discipline is the key. 11 Coaching Is Optional, Right Guidance Is Not - Many toppers self-study or use YouTube, but they follow the right mentors and resources. #neet #neetpreparation #neetmotivation #neet2026 #doctors

6 Study Hacks That Are Actually Wasting Your Time🚨 : I scored 99.4 % in 10th boards ICSE , 98.5% in 12th boards ISC and got AIIMS in my first attempt by not following these "study hacks" 📖🚫 🧠 1. Highlighting Everything ❌ Why it fails: You’re coloring, not learning. It’s passive and gives a false sense of progress. ✅ Do this instead: Use active recall — close your notes and try explaining concepts from memory. ⏰ 2. Studying for Long, Unbroken Hours ❌ Why it fails: Focus drops after about 45–60 minutes. ✅ Do this instead: Use Pomodoro sessions — 50 mins study + 10 mins break. 💡 3. Watching Study Vlogs for “Motivation” ❌ Why it fails: It gives you a dopamine hit instead of real progress. ✅ Do this instead: Watch one video after a session — as a reward, not a warm-up. 📱 4. Overusing Fancy Study Apps ❌ Why it fails: You end up planning every single moment which is very unrealistic. ✅ Do this instead: Keep a simple 3-task list for the day. Clarity beats aesthetics. 🌙 5. Pulling All-Nighters ❌ Why it fails: You forget most of what you crammed without sleep. ✅ Do this instead: Revise before bed and let sleep consolidate your memory. 🌅6.
