Margin Call saat NFP Rilis 📉 #forexeducation #tradermindset #forextrading #margincall #trader

#investissement #investir #epargne #argent #fondsdinvestissement #assurancevie #pea #cac40 #ibex35

Margin refers to the percentage difference between the costs and revenue of products or services. It indicates how much profit a company makes on its sales after covering various costs. Higher margins indicate more efficient operations and stronger financial health. Margin vs. Markup Knowing the difference can improve profits! To calculate margin and markup, you need three numbers: 1: Revenue: Income earned from sales after discounts & rebates 2: Cost of Goods Sold (COGS): The cost to create the product/service 3: Gross Profit: Revenue - COGS 🔹 Margin is based on the selling price. It shows the percentage of the selling price that becomes gross profit. Formula: (Gross Profit / Reveue) x 100 🔹 Markup is calculated based on the cost. It shows how much higher the selling price is than the item cost. Formula: (Gross Profit / Cost of Goods Sold) x 100 Example! You own a bike shop. You sell a bike for $200 that costs you $150. Margin: ($50 / $200) X 100 = 25% Markup: ($50 / $150) x 100 = 33% Understanding the difference is crucial for pricing strategies, financial analysis, and overall business acumen. How to deploy this strategy? -Buy one OTM put option with strike price below than current market price. This strike will hedge your overall position and protect against any significant downside move. - Buy one OTM call option with strike price above that current market price. - Sell one OTM put option but closer to CMP and this is going to be your main leg. - Sell one OTM call option but closer to CMP and this is going to be your main leg. Is this a profitable strategy? Yes, you will earn maximum profit when the closing price of the index/stock is between the middle strike price at expiration.
