Madre and Son Soul Food Cafe is tucked away in Newark, NJ, on 37 Commence Street, and they are serving up some good food. I went in on their mac and cheese, honey garlic wings ( best in the city ), and yams. I topped off the food with a delicious piece of sweet blueberry bread, and I washed it all down with a tasty blueberry lemonade. This is an excellent spot with great customer service, and you can truly taste the love of this food.
