I promise you, this seeded no knead bread recipe takes you 5 minutes to prepare and then you leave it to do the rest of the work. You’ll achieve the easiest, most delicious homemade bread which you could make every day! My original version has been seen by over 10million people and this is my seeded version which is even better! Plus at the end of the video I show you how to use a Dutch oven to perfect your crunch! RECIPE below & USA conversions below too 525g strong bread flour (high protein flour) 7g quick acting yeast 15g Olive oil (or 1 tablespoon) Dissolve 10g salt in 445ml warm water 3 handfuls of your preferred seeds (I used pumpkin, sunflower and poppy) US CONVERSION 4 cups flour 1.5tsp instant yeast (or 1 sachet) 1tbsp olive oil Dissolve 1tsp salt in 2 cups warm water Mix your flour, olive oil, salted warm water and yeast together in a bowl. Mixing with a spoon is fine. Cover with cling film and leave to rest in a warm place for 2-3 hours (option to add seeds after 30mins). Once risen, transfer the dough to a lined high sided baking tray or loaf tin. Try and use a tray that is no bigger than 30x20cm. Don’t worry if the dough is very loose and wet. Sprinkle with a little flour. Or to perfect your loaf, use a Dutch oven (see end of video) Before cooking, pre-heat your oven to 230C (fan) Put in oven for 30-40mins until the bread is baked and golden brown (and sounds hollow when tapped underneath). You officially have ZERO reason to buy bread at the store🍞 So many things sit so bad for me (I know I’m not alone) and it’s no surprise considering all the shit they’re putting in our food these days… Bread is one of my favorite things in the world (if not my favorite) and unfortunately it’s also one of the things that sits bad so easily for me 😩 So here we go! The SIMPLEST and EASIEST bread recipe. And it’s DELICIOUS!!!!!! All you need is 5 ingredients👇🏼 𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦: • 375g (3 cups) bread flour • 7g (2 tsp) fine sea salt • 1 tsp instant yeast • 300g room temp water • 1 tsp sugar (helps browning + fermentation) Mix those all up in a bowl, cover with a towel and let sit overnight (6-8 hours) Next morning you take a pan, spray it, put the dough on it, cover it with aluminum foil and let it sit for 1 hour. Bake on 450 for 30 minutes Uncover Continue baking on 450 till it’s brown (another 10 ish minutes). And voila!🧑🍳 Sure it sits for a while but it’s totally worth it. I make it before bed at night and put it in the pan in the morning for an hour then bake. One of the first things I really wanted to stray away from when I started being more mindful of ingredients in our food was store bought bread. Yall, your bread should NOT be able to last 3 weeks without molding. Fresh bread lasts about 6 days (and it should be that way!). That was a huge red flag for me when I my bread was not molding after weeks. Also, this tastes SO much better and it’s so easy! You can also make buns, just roll them different in your last steps! You can easily double this recipe for 2-3 loaves at a time!

Mix with a spoon until combined. Cover and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes. 2️⃣ Dissolve 12g salt in 50ml warm water. Add turmeric, ginger and chilli to the dough and mix well (hands help here). 3️⃣ Cover again and leave to rise in a warm place for 2–4 hours. 4️⃣ Transfer to a lined loaf tin or high-sided tray (max 30 × 20cm). Dough will be loose — that’s perfect. Lightly dust with flour. 👉 For best results, bake in a Dutch oven (see video on my grid). 5️⃣ Bake at 220°C fan for 30–40 minutes, until golden and hollow-sounding underneath. Cool on a wire rack before slicing.

Obsessed with how easy this is to make Bread nowadays has so many additives and preservatives which can really impact your hormones + weight loss. I’ve been wanting to make bread for sooo long and when I found this recipe I had to give it a go! Ingredients: • 500g strong white bread flour • 10g salt • 7g packet instant yeast • 425ml really warm water Method: • Put all the ingredients into a bowl • Mix it up with a spatula until a dough texture forms • Cover with a tea towel for 30 mins • Using either wet hands or a spatula stretch and fold the mixture • Cover for another 30 mins • Stretch and fold again • Cover + leave for 2-3 hours • Put some flour on a chopping board or bench • Empty mixture onto the flour • Stretch and fold then flip it over and cover for 10 mins • Preheat the oven dish (I’m using pampered chef stone dish with a lid) • Shape the dough into a bread shape • Put it onto parchment paper and set into oven dish • Add some ice cubes to the bottom of the dish • Put the lid on and into the oven for 40 mins at gas mark 8 (convert according to your oven) • After 40 mins take the lid off and turn the temperature down to gas mark 6 • After 10 mins flip it over and remove parchment paper to let the bottom get crusty • After 10 mins bring it out, let it cool + enjoy If you make it - tag me in your posts or stories or save 💾 this post so you can come back to it. The ultimate NO KNEAD ARTISAN BREAD recipe for the absolute beginner 🥖 — this is the easiest quick rise bread recipe. no sourdough starter, no kneading or stretching and folding. it’s as easy as mixing 4 ingredients into a bowl, loosely shaping, and baking! it’s a same-day recipe and honestly it’s the easiest bread I’ve ever made.
