2023,04,03 mon 晴れ NOTEBOOK修道院 14日目😊 桜の季節ももう見納めかな… 今年もたくさんの桜を見ることができて嬉しい！ 季節を感じられる有り難さ💖 今日は、ザマジックの三日目 魔法のような人間関係 重要な３人を選ぶのですが、私にとって、今は両親と夫かな？と思います。 数年前までは、両親に感謝など出来ませんでした。 感謝の気持ちもなくはないけど。みたいな🤣 ４年前、入院や全身麻酔での手術が次から次に３回続いた時期がありました。 そのときの一つが、ガンの疑いのあるという手術で😭 その時、親より先に死ぬのかな？と考えました。さすがに両親に申し訳ないな～という気持ちになりました。 その手術がきっかけとなり、失恋中でもあり、もう自分の人生が「ぜんっぜん思い通りになってない！」ということに気付かされました😢 これが本当の絶望でした。 退院後に、誰にも会わず約３週間引きこもり、自分と向き合う事になりました。術後も痛みがあって動けない🤣強制的に自分と向き合う時間になりました。 自分の人生を振り返り、現在の状況をノートに書いてみました。そして「今後、こうなりたい」とざっくりと書き出しました。 その時に、両親への感謝もこみ上げてきて、一人で大泣きしたのかな😭 そして毎日、ノートを通じてスルーしていた自分の気持ちや願いもちゃんと聞けた気がします💖 本当の願いにたどり着いて、今の夫と出会えたんだな～と思います🥰 なので、今日は両親にたくさん感謝します😊 現在、二人とも認知症が進んでいます。今日は入院している父の面会に母と行ってきます。 まだ、二人とも記憶があるし、家族である♡私が娘で、、、二人を合わせてあげたい🥰 ほんの１５分だけど、幸せな時間になりますように💕 みなさまも😊素敵な一日になりますように🧡 #notebook修道院 #notebooker #設定変更 #藤本さきこさん #ザマジック #絶望
