Nothing Bundt Cakes Dupe: Ep. 7 Chocolate Chocolate Chip (ICYMI) Nothing Bundt Cakes Copycat: Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cake Ingredients: • 1 box chocolate cake mix (15.25 oz) • 1 box chocolate fudge instant pudding mix (3.4 oz) • 1 teaspoon instant espresso mix • 1 cup milk, room temperature • ½ cup Greek yogurt, room temperature • 4 eggs, room temperature • ¼ cup melted butter • 1/3 cup vegetable oil • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet, milk, or both) tossed in flour Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients: • ½ cup butter, room temperature • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature • 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste • 3-4 cups powdered sugar Instructions: 1. In a bowl combine cake mix, pudding mix, espresso, melted butter, oil, milk, Greek yogurt, eggs, mix until smooth. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and sit for 15-45 minutes to hydrate batter. While hydrating, preheat oven to 350 and grease a 10 cup bundt pan, and toss chocolate chips in a little flour (helps keep chocolate chips from sinking). 2. Once batter is done hydrating fold in chocolate chips. 3. Pour batter into prepared cake pan. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean. Let cake cool in pan for 15 minutes, then remove and place on cake plate or wire rack. Wrap cake in plastic wrap to finish cooling. 4. While cake cools, make frosting: combine butter and cream cheese, whip until light and fluffy then slowly add sugar and vanilla. 5. Once cake has cooled pipe on frosting, starting outside of the cake moving into the center hole for the cleanest lines. Notes: Store cake in the fridge until ready to serve, bring to room temperature 2-3 hours before serving. Cake is best served at room temperature. #cake #easyrecipes #dessert #baking #sweet
