I have had a lot of people reach out asking if palm tattoos like the one in my recent post will stay or fall out. I will say that in my experience, you can make them stay but it obviously isn’t a pleasant experience for the person getting it. This one is healed and settled in for a few months and doesn’t seem to be going anywhere now. Put in with a @dankubin V3r 👌🏼⛓️🪳 I would love to do some more palms for you guys!

The palms were such a different and interesting heal. Thank you so much to my bud @jaybreentattooer for blasting both of my palms. I was actually a bit surprised I did them both in a single sit, but the pain wasn’t bad at all. Definitely the longest tattoo I have had to heal, but really impressed with how they stayed and how they look now. Most palms I see are very faded, this is due to them being constantly used and a high wear area on our bodies. For a person who constantly works with their hands I actually wasn’t expecting them to stay as well as they did, this is thanks to Jay’s solid work and me taking a few days off from work to let them settle. Palm tattoo?! My experience 🖤 • Common question: Did it hurt a lot?? I was expecting the worst pain so it was not as bad as I was expecting! The centre of the palm wasn’t too bad, but the fingers and in between the fingers was very painful (one of the most painful tattoo spots for me) • The healing process was long - it took until about the fourth week to stop peeling. There is a misconception about palm tattoos and that they can never be solid tattoos. There is a certain way to do them. You aren’t able to tattoo a palm like you can every other part of the body. You have to be a bit more aggressive to get the ink to stay in the skin in my experience. You have to do simple tattoos on the palm.
