Pancakes 🥞 Ricetta: Ingredienti: - 240 gr farina 00 - 10 gr lievito per dolci - 50 gr zucchero - 3 uova - 180 ml latte - 25 gr olio di semi - 2 cucchiaini di yogurt In una ciotola unite le uova, lo zucchero, il lievito, il latte, lo yogurt, l’olio e la farina. Mescolate con una frusta. In una padella calda antiaderente versate un po’ di impasto. Quando stanno per comparire le prime bollicine, girate il pancake e cuocete anche dall’altro lato. Now, heat a non-stick pan, make sure to NOT grease it. Once it’s hot, pour 1/4 cup of your batter and let it cook until bubbles form on top, as shown in the video. Then flip and cook the other side too. Finally, serve these with honey, maple syrup, or chocolate sauce.
