Red Snapper 2 Ways! 🐟 I made this for the first time last week and I am HOOKED! The fried is good but something about the baked with a little blackened taste to it! What’s yalls favorite way to eat red snapper? Full Ingredient list: 2 2.5 lb whole red snappers (scored on sides) Bell peppers & green onion mix 1-2 tsp sazon 1-2 tsp onion powder 1-2 tsp garlic powder 1-2 tsp smoked paprika 1-2 tsp black pepper 1-2 tsp salt (optional) For flour mixture: 1 cup flour 1-2 tsp sazon 1-2 tsp onion powder 1-2 tsp garlic powder 1-2 tsp smoked paprika 1-2 tsp black pepper 1-2 tsp salt (optional) For quick recaito: 1/4 onion 1/2 bell pepper 1/2 cup chopped cilantro 2-3 garlic cloves chopped 2-3 tbsp olive oil Salt & pepper to taste Recipe instructions: For baked/blackened snapper- Bake on 400 F for 20-25 minutes covered in foil. To get a nice char, turn heat up and bake at 425 for another 5-10 minutes. Results may vary depending on size of fish! For fried snapper- Coat snapper in same ingredients as baked (leave out onions/peppers stuffing) lightly coat in the flour mixture and fry at 350-375 for about 3-4 minutes per side. If fish is too large for pan ladle on the oil to cook the side that is exposed!

Preheat your oven to 240°C (464°F). 2. Prepare the snapper: ensure it’s clean, with scales and fins removed. Wash well and pat dry. 3. Season the snapper with salt and pepper, covering both the outside and inside the cavity. 4. Stuff the cavity with sliced lemon, garlic, rosemary, and thyme. 5. Score the main fillets of the snapper 4-5 times on each side. 6. Drizzle olive oil on an oven tray, place the fish on it, and then drizzle more olive oil over the top of the fish. 7.
