Vaughan Woods State Park Loop - Hamilton House Trail to River Run Trail to Bridle Path Loop 📍 40 Vaughans Ln, South Berwick, ME - 2.3 mile loop - Moderate Difficulty - Fee charged in main parking area (Adult: $3 resident $4 non $1 senior $1 child 5-12) but free to park at Historic Hamilton House and enter that way. - Dog Friendly (leashed only) - Stroller- River Run Trail is NOT stroller friendly. Bridle path is for off road strollers. - River, Forest, and Historic Views with rest benches - Picnic area and playground at main Vaughan Woods parking - Seasonal bathrooms at Hamilton House #seacoasthikes

Hanson Pines Loop 📍 Yeagley Rd, Rochester, NH- next to Spaulding HS - 1 mile loop with shorter options - Easy - Dog Friendly - No stroller/wheelchair accessible except for the paved cross trail to the bridge (paved) - Water Views - Rest benches - Playground and BBall court #seacoasthikes

The sound of the river in spring is incredible! The Tusten Mountain trail is our favorite local hike. A three mile loop, moderately challenging with some epic views of the Deleware River. It’s the perfect addition to your weekend plans.

Beautiful Sunday morning at Norfolk Botanical Garden. 🌿🥾☀️ We had 24 amazing members and 3 cute doggies 🐶🐾 join us for 4.7 miles in under two hours, including climbing the NATO Tower for extra views. 🗼 Perfect weather, great company, and lots of smiles on the trail. 💚🌸 We’ll be more mindful to keep the group together next time so no one gets separated, and we can’t wait to be back at the gardens on April 12th. 🌼🥾 #EastCoastHikers #NorfolkBotanicalGarden #HikingCommunity #norfolkva #hamptonroadsva @everyoneshike @gooutsideva @visitnorfolkva @norfolkbotanicalgarden
