How to do it right: 1️⃣ Seat height Adjust the seat so the handles are at mid-chest level. 2️⃣ Back & posture Sit tall, chest up, shoulders pulled back. Your feet should be flat on the floor. _ 2️⃣ Grab the handles so that your palms are facing forward. _ 3️⃣ Press your arms together in front of your chest with a slow, controlled movement.
